Matching Process
Step 1
Engage Us and Open a Case
Service Recipient returns to us a completed “Job Description Form”.
We will designate a staff to handle this engagement.
Our staff will contact the Service Recipient within two days to confirm acceptance of the engagement. In some circumstances, Service Recipient may be requested to modify its “Job Description Form” before we could accept the engagement.
In order to verify the information of the Service Recipient and to prepare the “Engagement Contract”, the Designated Staff Member may request the Service Recipient provide additional information, e.g. copy of Business Registration Certificate.

Matching and Selection of Candidates
We will base on the information provided in the “Job Description Form” and our Service Provider database to perform the matching by computer in selecting the appropriate candidates.
Our staff will perform the matching manually again to ensure that most suitable candidates are selected.
We will then contact the candidates to confirm they are interested in the work opportunity provided by the Service Recipients and seek their consent to pass their information to the Service Recipient for consideration.
If required, we may request the candidates to provide additional information, such as professional certificate, in order to verify the candidate’s information and experience.

Interview
Our staff will pass the information of the candidates to the Service Recipient for consideration.
Service Recipient shall decide whether interview is required and to interview the candidates.
Our staff shall arrange the candidates to attend the interviews.
If the Service Recipient considers other tests are required, e.g. a written test, please contact our staff as soon as possible to make appropriate arrangement.

Signing of Agreement Between the Service Recipient and the Service Provider
When the Service Recipient has selected a Service Provider, our staff will assist the parties to negotiate the terms of the Service Contract/ the Employment Contract.
If the parties request, we may provide template of service contract for their reference on the condition that we shall not bear any legal liability; the parties should seek independent professional advice if required.
After the Service Recipient and the Service Provider has signed a Service Contract or an Employment Contract, the Service Recipient shall settle the commission payable to us within one week.

Value-added Services
Placing Recruitment Advertisement
A Service Recipient may engage us to place recruitment advertisement in specific newspapers or media, the relevant charges are to be agreed between the Service Recipient and the Association on a case by case basis.
We may also place recruitment advertisement in the newspapers and media for more than one Service Recipients as a group advertisement, in which case we will contact the relevant Service Recipients and negotiate with them the relevant charges.
Additional Investigation/ Verification of a Specific Service Provider’s Background or Experience
Upon a Service Recipient’s request, we may provide additional services with a view to investigating or verifying the background or experience of a specific Service Provider, the relevant charges are to be agreed between the Service Recipient and the Association on a case by case basis.
Job Scope/ Remuneration Package Consultation
We will provide advisory services to the Service Recipients to assist them in telling whether a specific scope, market pay rate and arrangement of work may engage persons in types of employment.
